    Pros +

    • The location is good, many nice cafes near by and breakfast locations.
    • The room itself was very spacious (largest we had experienced in Japan), the amenities were great, and the wet room with bath in the bathroom was excellent.
    • Location was great in terms of walkability to Dontonburi and subways. The room was amazingly clean and spacious. My favorite hotel during my Japan trip. Staff was very curtious and friendly.

    Cons -

    • 1- They had the most in-experienced staff, to sum up: A) You cannot call the reception area only make requests through the TV. B) I had to explain to the reception area that when i request a room make-up it means that the cleaning staff should removed the dirty used mugs/cups and provide clean ones. They we’re confused why i needed new mugs and proceeded to tell me that we’re not sure about the cleaning staff we are only the reception area. C) The room was not cleaned properly at all, i am talking about bare minimum they were not doing. D) MOST IMPORTANT: THE BREAKFAST IS A BOX DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM, it is the worst box, you cannot customize it, you are stuck with it. The box sucks and not worth your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. • The color scheme of the room itself was quite gray and subdued.
    • Literally no notes. If I could have stayed longer in Osaka just for the hotel I would have.

This hotel is about a 20min walk to Dotonbori and 4 min walk to the subway. Once you get your fill of Dontonbori food there are plenty of restaurants in the subway area and they are way better and priced for less the 1200 yen per plate. The ride from the airport by taxi is about and hour and 30min to the Bullet train.

Not a full services hotel so no bar but there is a 7/11 right across the street and Lawson just a short walk away.

The place is very nice, and is honestly great location wise as well! Both Shinsaibashi and Dotonbari are within walking distance! There is even a 7-eleven next store in case you need a treat. We also enjoyed how nice the staff were especially when assisting us in, information, about luggage services. It’s also a nice place to take a jog if you’re looking for a small workout. The hotel even offered an amenity corner where you can take bath salts and face masks!

The place is actually pretty amazing if I had one compliant it would have been the bathroom, our room specifically that is. The odor of the toilet was faint so we just let it slide, but if you have this issue the hotel staff will more likely accommodate you immediately.

Too expensive for the price , they sell you a package with breakfast and they don’t have a restaurant is a bag in front of the room door , The worst!! I asked for refund and still haven’t received any response back

    Too expensive for the money

Great location with easy access to Osaka destinations. Rooms were quiet and large.

    9JohannahPosted on: 12-27-2025

Loved how clean and aesthetic this hotel was - great amenities like the flavored water, tea and toiletries available for guests. This may be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at! Staff was very helpful for all our needs, including luggage transfer to our next hotel in Kyoto

    Could use more comfy beds

    9NataliePosted on: 11-11-2025

Loved the modern hotel look, easily best amenities out of all hotels we stayed at, room was spacious for luggage and clothing, front desk helpful with luggage forwarding, easily walkable to Shinshaibashi area for dinner and shopping, will help exchange bills for coins for the laundry

Laundry can be complex- other guests would forget about their laundry and hotel has policy the hotel will not remove the laundry until 90 minutes after a cycle has completed….this led to back up of laundry due to other inconsiderate guests

    10DianePosted on: 10-21-2025

We enjoyed the staff and the location. Easy to walk to shop and eat.

The mattress was too soft and mushy. It was hard to fall asleep.

Amazing hotel, stuff is wonderful, clean, excellent location, the room was spacious, comfortable, we loved it and enjoye

Incredibly spacious room which is hard to find in city centers in Japan. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs and exceptional services. They also partner with luggage delivery service provider together with other eligible hotels, which is a plus - one less thing to worry about when planning the trip and schedules.

    8StephaniePosted on: 8-20-2025

Very spacious and clean rooms. They had a laundry facility. Staff were very friendly and enjoyed the amenities.

The phone was located outside of the room and there was no room service.

    9Maria K.Posted on: 7-15-2025

amenities were nice - free beverages, available pajamas and nice choice for bath toiletries

    room was a bit dusty

    8Mohammed S.Posted on: 7-14-2025

Location was spot on, easy access to railway stations. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Breakfast option was limited to set menu delivered to your room in a cold box.

    9MuthuPosted on: 7-6-2025

Location was great. Walking distance between two metro stations and in the middle of the main shopping area. Very helpful staff and the best locker luggage room to store luggage safely.

The hotel and room is showing signs of wear. The room looks clean on the surface, but upon closer inspection is not very clean. Was good enough for staying for a night, but it was expensive compared to some of the better hotels we stayed throughout Japan.

    9LluviaPosted on: 6-6-2025

The room size was nice. The fresh water and tea available at all times. They had toiletries available if needed. The location was very close to restaurants and the subway station.

    8CorinaPosted on: 5-7-2025

The rooms are very spacious and very clean with all the amenities you need.

Breakfast is not worth the price as it has no restaurant and they just deliver a salad and bread.

    6JudyPosted on: 5-6-2025

It located a couple of blocks from the station.

It was basically a room. No workout facility, nor partnership with area gyms. Also, not restaurant or lounge on the property, so you are basically paying for a room and that’s it. Room was fine, but somewhat dusty and low budget decor.

The hotel very clean and modern very comfortable to stay at, we had an issue with our hair dryer and they borrow us a straightener we asked for advice to buy some stuff and the reception team provide us with many ? Miss.Yamaga was one of the best employees she helped us so many times and she helped us to book a car to drive us to the airport, Mr.Su as well he helped us for some stuff we asked for related to our laggage. Everyone in the hotel was nice and kind the product furniture atmosphere 100% satisfied

The location a bit far but the neighborhood is good to be honest
